"I don't have time" or "I'm too tired"

Yes, it won't be easy, especially at the start. But, with rising trend of overweight and obesity in Malaysia, its time to face the obstacle. So, you can overcome and choose to live a healthier lifestyle. Do not let any obstacle stand in your way of becoming more fit.

Below are example of common obstacles & possible solution:

"I have so much on my "to do" list." Plan ahead. Make physical activity a regular part of your daily schedule by writing it on your calendar.
"I'm so tired when I get home from work." Identify & schedule physical activity for times in the day or week when you feel energetic.
"I don't have anyone to go with me." Join a group session/ develop new friendship with physically active colleagues
"I might hurt myself." Consult with a health professional to learn how to exercise appropriately considering your age, fitness level, skill level, and health status.
"I'm not interested to learn something new!" Select activities requiring no new skills, such as brisk walking, climbing stairs, or jogging.
