Back to Press releases
Petaling Jaya

Nestlé Malaysia is aware that news on the authorities finding counterfeit versions of MILO packaging and MILO powder has been circulating on WhatsApp. We would like to clarify that this is an incident which was reported in 2015. We have provided our full cooperation to the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism which has taken the necessary action against the perpetrators, and the matter has been resolved.

We would like to assure consumers that Nestlé is committed to providing the best quality products. The safety and quality of our products are non-negotiable priorities for the Company, and we take all necessary steps to protect the public from unscrupulous illegal operators who engage in manufacturing, distributing and/or selling counterfeit Nestlé products.

Consumers who have any enquiries with regards to this matter are advised to contact the Nestlé Consumer Services Centre at 1-800-88-3433.
